Maybe the first guy was just a decoy? Some retired police officer was speaking earlier and he said it was highly unusual for a suspects name and photo to be released before he was actually charged with anything and he thought there was something strange about the whole arrest

I'm thinking the first guy was just a weirdo.
The second guy's name hasn't been released yet, but technically neither was the first guy's name. The press figured out who he was because they interviewed him last week and he fully admitted that he knew the girls...that he, uh, hung out with them.

maybe they are both weirdo's, although the second one lives right in the red light district, close to the action, you might say.
