As a former resident of the area, I can tell you that there have been countless people up there who die climbing, and thier bodies are never recovered. It is truly a tragedy, but one that happens on a regular basis, unfortunately.
I pray for thier families, and hope that God gives them strength, and that they realize thier loved ones died in pursuit of something they loved. Not many people get to go that way.

I've been climbing all my life in the Alps in Europe. It they find those guys alive after 10 days in minus temperatures, I will climb to the mountain backwards to tell the world that miracles exist....They occur at Xmas times. God bless those three fools because you do not put your life at risk like this when weather conditions are uncertain in winter and when you have wives and kids....

My hope is to have the two guys be found alive but the odds are against that thought. Either way, thier bodies have to be found!

I think it's too late to find them still alive. Sad time of year for the poor families.

They're dead by now but for their families it would be a good thing to have closure.
