So, I've been reading up on it, but I am confused. A teacher in my school asked me about it, and she said that from what it seemed, there were some Orthodox Jews there. But I'm kind of skeptical that it is. So can someone please explain what group of people they are and why they are at the conference?

I mean, look at us. We go to airports and let our belongings be searched for liquids and gels, for gods sake, LIQUIDS AND GELS! All thanks to an alleged terrorist plot that turned out to not even have happened! What about if we were all required to go through security wearing a giant football helment filled with cottage cheese because that's what prevents terrorism? I'll bet we would unquestioningly.

...a public newspaper has let us all know where a paedophile resides (who had served his sentence - TEN years ago, no less), and someone is murdering prostitutes in East Anglia...will the New Year bring with it media-influenced yearning to take the law into our own hands?

IF Hitler had actually conquered Europe, the middle east was next. Himler was already in Africa. IF Hitler had his way, Ahmadinejad would never have even been born. His family would have been slaughtered too. Heck, there probably wouldn't even be any muslims left in the world. Maybe we should have just banished Hitler to the middle east. 9/11 would never have happened. And I am not a Nazi, nor would I ever support them, but it does make you think...

The killing of the Ipswich prostitutes are indeed frightening...but just seen todays issue of 'thelondonnews'...they've jumped on the bandwagon with this; 'Vice girl fear stalks London pavements'. Jumping on any bandwagon is bad enough...but frightening women of the capital on the back of something that is happening 70 miles away is something they really should be ashamed of.

CINCINNATI — A woman who molested at least one of her five children and prompted four of them to have sex with each other has been sentenced to 40 years in prison.

Robin Kraft, 26, had pleaded guilty in June to two charges of rape and four counts of child endangering. Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge David Davis on Friday imposed the maximum sentence, saying Kraft should not be released from prison while she can bear children.

Prosecutors said the children have been psychologically harmed.

"These children were not beaten, there were no cuts or stabs, but the way these kids act now after living with this woman requires prolonged treatment to be normal, if ever," said Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor Mark Piepmeier.

Prosecutors said Kraft and her husband, Paul Kraft, 32, sexually abused their four sons and one daughter, ages 1 to 6, in 2004.

In March, Paul Kraft received five life sentences on five rape charges and 96 additional years on 12 charges of pandering sesexually oriented material involving a minor. He is ineligible for parole.

Prosecutors say Paul Kraft encountered an undercover Secret Service agent last March in an Internet chat room called "baby and pre-teen sex."

In an online exchange, Kraft offered to rape his 3-year-old daughter live on the Internet if another person would do the same so Kraft could watch, prosecutors say. The agent contacted Hamilton County sheriff's deputies, who arrested Kraft at home.

The children were placed in foster care. They had limited language skills at the time, but developed enough to tell authorities what happened to them, prosecutors said.

During the recent Tragic events in Ipswich.. the comments that have been made in my other Question backing calls for Legalised Brothels - got me thinking...But .! no doubt the Government would want a cut.of the action So.just. how would the Government Tax Prostitutes/Escorts . Do you think that an hourly rate for them would be introduced - with the Brothel owner having to pay some sort of licence - Would you consider becoming a new breed of Pimp/Madam..or should Brothels be run by the local Council.
