Supporting Israel is in the American dream! Israel has a right to exist. You can not annihilate Israel! You must admit that the Holocaust happened!

Of course not.
You must be aware that most of the deaths of innocent are caused by rival militias in Iraq. So that point is untrue.
As for our support of Israel, we support Israel because history supports Israel. Israel is the traditional home of the Jews, not the Arabs.
If you really wish to know the American dream, it is to have a middle east where people are not strapping bombs to their children for the glory of Jihad.

Ahhh...you're going to get some hate mail here. However, I'll support you a little on that end...
When Americans say that American Soldiers don't rape and abuse women, we only have to look at American cities that have military bases on them. Statistically the crime goes up in the towns that have military bases...especially sex crimes. Most cities don't want a military base any where near them except for the financial reward.
Military men are party animals, drink too much, deal and use drugs and often get away with it because after all the are All American boys and "boys will be boys". I lived next door to some military men and could hear through the walls how they talked about women. I even heard what they were doing to an Eskimo woman near an Alaskan base in 1986. I reported it but was laughed and jeered. I heard the woman scream for help and saw her later when the group of guys went to get beer. She was crawling out of the bathroom window and asking me to help her. I didn't have a telephone but did what I could. I ended up moving from that place because the military men were harrassing me for telling on them and I felt unsafe.
Military men from any nationality are not a pretty thing to see. I'm sure the U.S. military is doing its share of damage to the citizens there but believe me they do the same at home.
All war is UGLY! War and fighting doesn't decide who is RIGHT..it decides who will be LEFT when the fighting is over.

Forced sex is wrong by anyone to anyone at any time. Killing innocents is wrong at any time by anyone. to anyone. Unfortunately, all men are not civilized. It was wrong of the soldier to do what he did. It is equally wrong for rebels to "hide among civilians" or kill their own people as is done in Iraq. You criticized all Americans for what one soldier did yet you said nothing about the abuse of some Iraqis against their own people? When fired upon does not any nation including Israel have a right to fire back?? Let's not condemn any nation as a whole, but denounce and punish the wrong doers who murder,cause abuse and terrorize regardless of their nationality.

To the people who answered below me. Did I say stuff like this does not go on? I don't think so. I know all kinds of violent things happen during war. I know it's not right, but I think it is unfair to call these awful acts "The American Dream." I also think it is unfair to characterize all people in the military as these barbaric animals who commit these acts. It's like me saying, "Crashing planes into buildings, suicide bombing, beheading, is this the Muslim dream?" See, that's not very fair, since I know all Muslims do not share these beliefs.

Yeah...certain aspects of this war can really make a person sick, huh?
It's disgusting. (and so is the answerer before me)
I heard about this American soldier in Iraq who raped a 14-year-old girl and, at the same time, had her mother, father, and little sister killed. (Just thinking about it now makes me sick all over again.) There were clues that something wasn't right with him being there with the Iraquis...someone should have listened...and maybe that girl and her family would be alive today.
It is sick. Sick...sick...sick.
