Americans. You are your own worst enemy. You don't even have enough balls to want to stand up for your self against a world that would like to take you out.

I imagine most answers are going to be Bush or Blair on this one, however while they are probably making a bad situation in Iraq worse.
I would say the inaction and ineffectiveness of the UN in dealing with genocides past and present like the one happening in Darfur right now.
I wouldn't put too much stock on anything Kofi Annaan has done during his tenure as UN Secretary General.

The Governments around the world - cos they're more interested in money and power than doing good by anyone!!!
