I had my things there for about 4 months. When I go to move it out yesterday, it was infested with rats. There was feces every where, dead rats in boxes, a stench that would make you vomit. They say there is nothing they can do for me and have never had a complaint like this before. Anyone have any experience there, either negative or positve?

I hired a licensed mover (licensed by California Public Utilities Commission) which claims to have general insurance that covers structural damages done to properties (not just on personal belongings). I found out about them in Craigslist. They never showed me any paperwork that discusses their liabilities.

After the move, I discovered some small but conspicuous damages done to the floor and doors. I called the moving company's owner about this but he just pretended that he did not understand enough English. I then tried to follow-up with more calls but he just does not pick up my calls anymore. What should I do?

i would be willing to disclose necessary. Situation not an excuse, still challenge the justice of "blackballing" individuals from ability to demonstrate commitment to obtain employment at a level comparable with their ability. The ramp is so steep and their plumbing is right in the way making it very hard to get in or out of the restaurant every time I have said something to them they say they are working on it. It has been three yrs now from the first time I have asked them about the entrence now last night I went there and was told the same thing they are working on it.

So I live in Centeral Coast Calif.
Is there anyone that knows of a good Lawyer for Americans with Disability Acts. I really need to speak to a good Lawyer it seems that the only way people will do something is if they are being sued.

There is a taqueria downtown next to Jack 'N' the Box, I believe the name is "La Victoria", the bathroom is always out of order. I asked one of the employees where they go to the bathroom and she told me she just goes to Jack 'N' in the Box. I wonder if the people who own Jack 'N' the Box are aware that a seprated business entity is using their bathroom facilities. Is this legal? I swear every time I go there is sign saying that the bathroom is out of order I began to wonder if they actually had a bathroom.

When I entered my address and the destination address and pressed "go" the new 'beta' site did not respond correctly. It sent me an 'error' message, saying it could not recognize my address.
After repeatedly entering and re-entering the addresses, it finally accepted the information and retreived the maps and directions. However, then I could not print the maps. TEXT ONLY it said!
This was TOO much! Did you folks hire a bunch of new programmers? If so, take them off the site BEFORE you lose customers. I have continued to use your site because you have the BEST map site on the internet...but not if you go to this new BETA version. In TWO words, IT STINKS.
Now that I have vented, let me say that your OLD version was marvelous. It WORKED.
