Has anyone had any problems with SV Self Storage on Las Plumas?

I had my things there for about 4 months. When I go to move it out yesterday, it was infested with rats. There was feces every where, dead rats in boxes, a stench that would make you vomit. They say there is nothing they can do for me and have never had a complaint like this before. Anyone have any experience there, either negative or positve?

Contact the BBB and report them and find out how many other complaints they have had.
