Are there any graffiti shops, meeting places, and/or legal walls in Virginia, preferably in the Richmond Area?

I would like to know, I know about the meet-up thing. I live in Richmond, VA, and would like to know if there were any graff related places. I am 13 and I do graff. I write Klaus.

Someone close to me recently got layed off from there job. Were trying to find some good places to post resumes. Or were looking for jobs for a Insurance Analists if any one knows of any opportunitys in the So. Cal area. What are some good websites to go to. This question may seem a little farfetched because it lacks detail, but I'll give it my best shot. You see, I have a memory of a long time ago when I was a child (about 5 or 6, I'm 17 now btw) of walking down this small street around christmas time. Infact I think it was Christmas eve. Anywho, there was a bunch of really small shops, and most of them were closed because me and my family were walking around really late. I remember it was cold out and we were all bundled up walking down this street just looking at these little shops. I remember this like it was yesterday, I just don't remember where these shops were... I asked my parents and they said they don't know it might have been Dade City... but I want to go back to this place this holiday season cause I remembered I loved it as a kid... does anyone have the slightest clue of what shops these may be? They were mostly antique shops if I'm not mistaken. Sorry for the lack of details =P

country? How can you tell if a tobacco product originated in the U.S. or somewhere else? If the tobacco product sold in the U.S. is grown here, is it manufactured out of our country or are there mandates that require they grow, manufacture etc. in the same country? If grown here and then manufactured elsewhere, how is the crop shipped to other locations? Thanks.

I was wondering how do I make a registration application? What are some things that I should ask on there? Should there be a Terms of Condition/Agreement with the application or should that be signed based on wheather or not I provide my service. Should I include a price list?
