Does anybody know of any good sites to post a resume, other than Monster or Craigslist?

Someone close to me recently got layed off from there job. Were trying to find some good places to post resumes. Or were looking for jobs for a Insurance Analists if any one knows of any opportunitys in the So. Cal area. What are some good websites to go to. Also if you tell us why you think there good that would be great!
