Does anybody have any info about how to raise money to help the family with the funeral. they have to come up with it upfront. they can pay it back soon.

Herman Carroll was 31 years old (would've been 32 October 21) when he was walking in the neighborhood he lived in with his two sisters. both sisters have homes two streets apart. He was walking home from the store and was taking a breather by some neighborhood mailboxes when a Harris County Sheriff's deputy spotted him and thought he was trying to break into the damaged mailboxes. When the officer tried to question him Herman began walking not thinking he was doing any wrong...he hadn't broken any law...he walked into his older sister's home and the officer followed, already calling for backup. They followed him into his home grabbed him and a struggle began. Herman tried to get them off and they tasered him, when that didn't calm him down they beat him with a baton upside the head and then tasered him again.

we have a vast community of culture , festivals and unification of all races in our state. We have good educational facilities , our cost of living is very reasonable, and we take people in from other states when thing get rough and we are still helping those people .just we are growing music wise , we have good drama community great theater districts great minority schools and colleges ..
