These cops went OVERBOARD!!!?

Does anybody have any info about how to raise money to help the family with the funeral. they have to come up with it upfront. they can pay it back soon.

Herman Carroll was 31 years old (would've been 32 October 21) when he was walking in the neighborhood he lived in with his two sisters. both sisters have homes two streets apart. He was walking home from the store and was taking a breather by some neighborhood mailboxes when a Harris County Sheriff's deputy spotted him and thought he was trying to break into the damaged mailboxes. When the officer tried to question him Herman began walking not thinking he was doing any wrong...he hadn't broken any law...he walked into his older sister's home and the officer followed, already calling for backup. They followed him into his home grabbed him and a struggle began. Herman tried to get them off and they tasered him, when that didn't calm him down they beat him with a baton upside the head and then tasered him again.

The deputy used the Taser in an unsuccessful attempt to subdue Carroll and called for assistance. Once other deputies arrived they employed the use of another 'impact weapon', such as a baton, and once again deployed the Taser at least once. We are still reconstructing exactly what happened at the scene," said Martin.

Carroll was eventually handcuffed. EMS personnel immediately entered the home.
Three deputies were treated for injuries received at the scene.

Carroll has been arrested three times in the past 14 years according to Harris County records. In November 2000 he was declared incompetent to stand trial in a misdemeanor case. A restoration of sanity judgement was issued March 29, 2001. He was charged with robbery in 1995 and sent to boot camp and was on probation for a year following an evading arrest offense in January 1993.
