Does my employer have to give me my position back with Tx Workers Copm?

My boss is tring to tell me I have 120 days to return to my job position w/o restriction or I my loose my position and be moved to another department loosing 20 hours a week in over time.

a lot of companies can do that nowadays...and yes that sounds about right unfortunately....because if you're out on maternity they only have to give you the 12 weeks to save your job and if you stay out longer they can give your job away and give you something else...so 4 months is a long stretch to expect someone to hold your job for you....even with a Doctor's note....they can just say "well here is something else we couldn't wait forever"....it sucks though
