what are ALL the requirements to be on the SWAT team, like i guess in Houston?

Having a military backround couldn't hurt and is probably preferred. If he doesn't have that, then he would obviously need to become a cop and work him way up the ladder and/or know someone in a high place. SWAT is the best of the best, you don't just get in with no experience.
