Everyone deserves a second chance... how many times have they been on probation?

Lots of places hire people on probation. There are some businesses that have the probation officer go to the work place and meet with each of the probationers during their work hours. This is better for the employer because the probationer doesnt have to take time off from work to go report on a monthly or weekly basis. It is also better for the probation officer because they can see these people all in one day and verify employment at the same time. If a person is on probation they must abide by many rules if they value their freedom.

There are many employers out there that will hire someone on probation. It really depends on the job and why the person is on probation.

almost every one will hire someone on probation. when you apply for the job they will most likely do a CORI check ( criminal offense record inquiry ) that will tell them what your on probation for if you have never been convicted of a felony you should have nothing to worry about.
