I havwe been going to school for 2 yrs for the medical field but everyone says they need exp. I have worked for an insurance company paying medical claims but not for the doctors office. What can I do to get this job? I have called ever doctor in the phone book and look at every website that I can think of. But nothing. I need a job before Christmas so that my kids can have something.

I agree. You might also try staffing firms that specialize in health care placement. Job fairs are good, but make sure a hospital or similar company is there. Don't waste your time. Employment Guide usually has listing of job fairs. Try the sites below in sources

Sit down and list some unique qualities about you and your experience that will set you apart from other job applicants. Also, don't rely strictly on the internet to find work - go to job fairs and network with people in the medical professions as they might be aware of unlisted positions.
