I have four identical fixtures and only one of them has this problem, but I am replacing the bulbs in this fixture every few weeks. All of the fixtures are all builder installed fixtures.

I have a candle snuff (something that blows out candles without blowing) but all the melted wax from the candle has got on the rims of the snuff and solidified. Is there any way to get the wax off easily?
