my father in-law has a small pond. Every year he has more and more Cat tails growing in it.?

What should he do to get rid of them and then keep them from coming back?

Whats wrong with my water heater?

My water is really hot when i first take a shower. Then after 10 minutes it runs cold. Its never done this before and the water heater is less than 7 years old. Is the element burned out? Do I need to drain it? Please help...

Why is the central electric Air Conditioning Unit that is in my home leaking water when its on???HELP?

I have an electric AC unit, in a door of my home, and I just noticed that I heard some water dropping and looked in there to see that it was leaking a pretty big amount..What is happening and should I be worried....It didnt start till it got about 105 outside yesterday...PLEASE HELP!
