yes, I know there is no point in having a spotless clean welding jacket. But after quite a while it would be nice to reduce the accumulated layers of grime. But is it possible to wash a leather welding jacket without it becoming stiff and uncomfortable afterwards? Are there other ways of cleaning it?

I've been divorced from my ex-for 2 years. He kept our cats and I moved out. We want to sell the house now, but he has had a problem keeping it clean. The basement is FULL of mold and cat urine... what is the best cleaner, and safest way to clean it ourself?
Please list the names of cleaners and where I can rent equipment...
Should I get some kind of exhaust system going? Before or after the clean up?
Its not a little problem its most of the basement.

I think sage or olive HELP. Any idea. I will have a white room with that sofa and seat. I have looked on-line but come up with nothing for working with this color.

I am a movie junkie. I have over 800 DVD movies, and I think I will be buying movies for the rest of my life. Now, my concern is fires. If I have a fire, I don't want to be 40 years old and losing a 2,500 movie collection to a stupid fire.

Is it possible to build one specific room in a house that is completly fireproof and safe in case of a fire? I am talking the whole entire place burning down, and walking thru the mess and seeing that one fireproof room still standing and all the contents inside safe and untouched.

It sounds a little too good to be true to me. But I am just asking if this is possible?

I have 2 maple trees that are 3 and 4 feet tall each. They are starting to grow off to one side, I think from the wind always pushing them. How should I support them to keep them growing straight?

We etched a concrete floor to put down new tile, and i was just wondering if the dried out acid poses any health risks after it's dried out. Thanks.
