I always wanted to have a flower garden, but because of the location of our house, I can't plant a real garden. I saw these large tub like things at the Home Depot in the gardening section... do these works good for growing flowers? If so, what kinds of flowers? Any special instructions?

Thanks for any help you can give. :)

What should I do with it? My roommate a bunch of them outside on our patio, but he's not in town. Also, if I wanted to throw it away, how should I do so? Can I put it in a regular trash bag if the bottle is full?

OLD DRYER WAS HOOKED UP TO THE CHIMENY WHICH I READ WAS A HAZARD SO I SWITCHED IT TO AN OLD CLOSET WHICH I AM NOW REMODELING INTO A NEW LAUNDRY ROOM. THIS CLOSET IS ALSO AN OLD ADDITION TO THE HOUSE. i'VE ALREADY HOOKED UP THE PLUMBING AND THE ELECTRICAL FOR BOTH THE WASHER AND DRYER.

It's growing in a field next to my work. By the way my work is located in Missouri, but very close to the Kansas border.

Here's a picture of the plant/flower

I planted impatients on my father's grave and almost all of them have been destroyed. There aren't any other graves in the same area with impatients planted on them yet none of those sites looked damaged. Did I just plant a flower that the animals like?? Please help. I'm hoping that they weren't vandalized.

I've had Spike for about 10 years now. He's only about 2 inches high, with nice pink flowers on. He's in a little pot about 2 inches high and 1.5 inches in diameter. He's got little spines that stick into you like a hook.
Should I repot him or will he be OK in the same pot?
If I have to repot him how do I do it without getting spiked and killing Spike? Is there a knack?

Is there any real difference in getting your carpet professionally cleaned versus the 'do it yourself' carpet cleaners you can hire?? Is it basically the same thing?? I'm sick of paying for professional carpet cleaners and wondering if i can get the same result from doing it myself. Any tips would be great.

I need to know how it reproduces, its branching pattern, how it obtains nutrients, how it transfers water, food, and exchanges gases, what nutrients it provides, and how it is cultivated. It's for a school project.
