put it in a bag, call your local waste management office and they will assist you by referring you to a place that will dispose it for you... or you can also ask the place that you get your oil chaged done to dispose it for you... if they know how to dipose oils, freons and the like ... chances are they know how to dispose of it...

um usually all I have left is ashes.
Coal, by itself, can be disposed of in any many such as ordiary land fills. if it has the starter fluid in it, no. It wll have to be disposed of at a hazmat site, at which it will most likely be incinerated anyway. starter fluid by it self, same thing.

The power steering fluid can be disposed in the same place you take your oil. The brake fluid is a different matter, check with your local waste management co.

Put it in your bbq and cook dinner, coal does burn and you can start it with the starter fluid.....
