What are the pods that form on my stellas after they have flowered? And do I leave them on the plant for re-bloom or do I pull them off?

Hi there everyone,

I've been trying for a while now to find the perfect home - you see, I have the money for my dream home, a light house.

Does anybody know of a good website that has a large range of different homes?

Any help will be appreciated, as I have extremely limited sources where I live.

Thank you so so much! ;-)

I have a option of installing hardwood floor first and then installing doors along with frame or going it in reverse, what is the preffered way?

I have a wicker couch and coffee table on my covered patio that I bought used 2 months ago and it is already showing signs of mold in between the wicker! Is my set destined to be ruined or is there something I can do to get the mold off and /or something I can treat the wicker with to prevent more mold from spreading?
Thank You

I need to paint my sliding closet wooden doors. They have already been painted white with normal paint but I did it on the grass and crap got stuck to it. They were originally wood stain doors but an ugly color. I covered that though. What I want to do now is spray paint the doors white since that paint doesnt chip off so easily. Am I able to do this without sanding it down or no? Any other tips??

THANKS

Me and my fiance have just bought a house. Its recently been modernised so theres not much we need to change apart from the colours of the walls! We have oak flooring all the way through our downstairs. Before we move in I would like to know the best way to clean it, the less hassle the better!!! Any ideas?!

I'm stripping some wallpaper... well, to be accurate, it's 2 -3 layers of wallpaper (from before I bought the house). The trouble is, the last layer is proving really difficult to remove

It's a shiny, non-porous surface that won't seperate from it's backing paper. Therefore my usual method of soaking with a sponge and then scraping it off isn't working as well as usual.

At the moment I'm having to soak, scrape around the edges, remove a bit and expose more backing paper, soak that, scrape, removing a bit more etc.

At this rate I'll still be doing it in a months time!

Anyone have any better suggestions? (apart from knocking down the wall - I have toyed with the idea!)

Thanks,
Paul.

I have just bought an African Grey parrot. The cage is large but must go in my livingroom as it is the area that gets he most traffic in my home. My furniture is leather, there is a fireplace and I Grandfather clock in the room. I have the perfect wall for it, but I don't want it to look obtrusive. Any suggestions?
