absolutely not that's against the privacy rule & they could get in serious legal problems if they do know without you telling them.

you're truthfully in a bad subject! I understand that shifting at once basically isn't an option. in case you have evidence of the added money you have been paying to have the dogs, that would instruct that he has popular that money, for this reason accepting the dogs as element of the apartment settlement. i could checklist each dime that exchanges hands, each head to head communique, telephone communique and something that the two of you put in writing. He can no longer positioned you out in 30 days. He provides you an eviction observe, yet he can not actually positioned you out that speedy. interior the intervening time, do each thing you may to save the money or look after different residing arrangements. If he comes lower back (for despite reason a landlord could must be on the premises) save him away out of your dogs (on your dogs's sake), do no longer start up hardship (you actual do no longer sound like a hardship maker) yet whilst he makes any threats in the direction of the dogs, enable him understand which you will call the police as there are confident regulations against animal cruelty. good success and God Bless!!

Landlords can do a Credit Check when you are renting from them, as well as do the verification of payment availability (that normal stores do) when you are paying your rent each month.
Other than that - - they can NOT know how much you have in your checking account.

They can only get that information if you give them permission to do so!
They can take your check to the bank and be informed if there are enough funds to cover the amount--but not the amount that's actually in the account.
If your landlord wants that kind of info--you need to get a new landlord ASAP.

If you're completing a rental form, I know some have questions like that, and the owner can rightfully perform a credit check if you authorize it with your signature, but I believe the only information that comes from your bank is how long you've had the account and if you've had any overdrafts.

Absolutely not. It is none of their business how much you make a month or how much is in your account. A credit check is fine to make sure you have god credit and will be reliable enough to pay your bills, but nothing beyond that.

No they do not! But I know where you are coming from, I had one that ate my groceries, and come in at night to look at me sleeping. She rambled in everything I owned. Then I found out about tenants rights and the lady set the house on fire. If you look in the yellow pages of your phone book, I think you can find out about the tenants rights.
