This is embarrassing but I'm 5'9 34E and working out is no simple task. I like to stay lean and trim but the "ladies" get in the way (bouncing while I jog and/or lack of oxygen from layered sports bras, strain on shoulders, back, neck, etc.). I went to the doctor to see what she says about the possibility of a breast reduction. My doctor said that I should change my exercise routine to match my body, before I change my body to match my exercise routine. I see her point. She recommended water aerobics. I'm not a water aerobics type of girl. I'm only 21. I'm supposed to change my routine, do it for a month, and then re-visit her again. What do you recommend? My current routine is 30mins cardio (treadmill usually, sometimes stationary bike), and 30 mins anaerobic (light weight lifting on the pressure machines... nothing bulky). I only do it 5 times/wk.
