I'm 20 yrs old and have abstained from actual sex thus far. But in the last year I have started to explore my sexuality and experienced oral (given twice, not swallowing), but have received it many times. (on average a few times a week). All with the same guy. Also lots of touching, and fingering. However, I am concerned about hpv virus. (esp. the cancerous strains) He's older (has been married before) and I know there has been other women, so he probably has the virus. What are the chances that I could get it from our oral activities, having been the receiver? I am paranoid now that Im going to get something. I think i am totally turned off from ever having sex, including more oral, with him, or any non-virgin men. Hpv is scary and I am definitely not having sex with anyone until i can lessen the chances of hpv and afford the vaccine. thanks for listening.

after my fourth baby my periods have become very heavy and painful is there a reason for this as they were fine before. my stomach bloats alot and i have become so irritable the days before they appear. the pain also is from a couple of days bfore they start.

okay.. my girlfriend wanted to join taekwondo, which in the training, includes leg split for 180 degrees, kicking hard and stuff... should i be worried about her virginity? can her hymen ruptured by doing the training?... how about the vagina?.... by doing the training, will it become widened? we never committed sex before and iam just afraid that when we got married.. the hymen will rupture before being penetrated and the vigina has got widened that can cause less friction to my penis that will cause less pleasure when doing sex.

I am 25 years old, and have never had children. I am overweight and think that Mirena would be great as a more effictive form of birth control. My Nurse Practioner said it would be great, and sent me home with plenty of info about it. The problem is, the ONLY info that she gave me and that I can find is about women with children getting it. I have never had children, but would like some- probably w/i 5 years. Is Mirena not recommended for women who haven't given birth? If so-why?

I've done it maybe 2-3 weeks just after my delivery, still bleeding and have discharge and my incision is definetly not yet healed, It's not so uncomftable but we had sex. My only problem was, Is it possible for me to get pregnant again after what i've done?? I'm too scared to get pregnant again this very early!! (AND BECAUSE I'M JUST ONLY 18)

My only answer if you think why I did that, It was just because of being forced by my partner.


AFTER I DID THAT I NEVER THOUGHT OF HAVING SEX AGAIN. (I always did but I'm just ending up having sex again w/ him)and what I'm just doing is pray to GOD really.

I have just been told today by My GYN that I have a uterine prolapse. Its stage one but getting worse. She has recomended a total hysterectomy removing my uterus and cervix. I'm OK with that as I don't anymore children. I've had several painfull cysts on my left ovary but She said She wanted me to try to keep both, because of my age.

I am 28 have had 1 child,1 tubal pregancy, 2 medically necessary abortions and finally my tubes tied. I've been married 6 months and only able to have sex 4 times this is ruining my sex life (painfull and spoting afterward), not to mention its pressing on my bladder and I can't even use a tampon anymore. I was even spotting after My OB giving me a very gentle exam.

My questions are..
1. Is a abdominal hysterectomy better than the Vaginal one ? Is it true the vaginal one will make sex uncomfortable after ?

2. I just started a new job and stand all day, is this safe until surgery?

3. Will 1 ovary work as good as 2 if I have the bad one removed?

i feel so alone and scared rightnow... i'm having vaginal pains and a really discomforting feeling down there and I don’t wanna talk about it to someone cause I just think its private and personal... not only that I swim a lot and do yoga.. and yes I’m 17 and never had sex with someone ! but I’m very scared what could be causing this . it feels weirder before my periods. . like I’m going to have them anytime but I don’t til a week later.

I have been having some pretty serious "woman" problems, such as chronic pelvic pain and inflamation, extremeley heavy periods and painful periods, vulvodynia, etc....they can't seem to find a cause for the pelvic pain and inflamation, all my cultures came back negative and my pap smear came back abnormal with moderate to severe dysplasia...I go in for a colposcopy and biopsy tomorrow...I have 3 children and had a tubal ligation in June, my question is can I request to have a hysterectomy to my doctor? I really think that it would help with my symptoms...and I already have children...my sister had an emergency hysterectomy at 23 because she developed cervical cancer....would my doctor consider this or is it something they only do as a last resort?

Im just could not get aroused when having sexual intercourse with my husband. My vagina will be very dry and thus the whole intercourse would be very painful for me. My husband and I have tried a lot ways to induce the liquid such as watching porno movies, heavy patting, touching and ticking the lower part, etc. Yet, I just do not get aroused at all. I have tried the lubricant and it reduces the pain. However, I do not relish the intercourse. How do I get myself wet?
