As everyone else has said there is no "normal", everyone is different. What you need to know is what is normal for you. Get a mirror and take a really good look at it, that way you'll know if anything has changed. Having a good feel around with your (clean) fingers is also a good idea, that way you know how it usually feels inside, and you can tell if anything changes.

All vaginas are different in some way. There is no "normal" vagina. I assume you haven't gone through puberty just yet since you mentioned you haven't had your period. When you do get it, your whole body will eventually change in some way or another.

Why are you worried about not getting you period yet? How old are you? Everyone goes through puberty at different ages, don't stress. My sister did not get hers until she was 16! Relax!
