It takes longer for your stomach to return to normal after a c- section since the muscles have been cut and need to repair them selves. just start a slow light excercise program, and slowly build up to a more strenuouse routine. It will get better.

Go to a personal trainer and he can help target the areas you are having problems with. Also if you can't afford a trainer you can go to a local gym, like the YMCA and they hvae people on staff who can help you get on track.

its been a year since my c section and have just started losing the belly. It takes a long time to heal and dont overdo it or you will get very sore.walks are a good idea

start exercising, go for walks and bike rides, 30- 45 minutes a day, take your child with you in a stroller, its great for both of you.
