nurse practitioner or real medical doctor? do nuse practitioners know just as much? im trying to figure out if i should go see a gastro doctor for my stomach problems. i'm 21 and have been to a nurse practitioner for the following reasons:

cramping, gas, bleching, acid indigestion. stools are occasionally soft or small. she tested my blood, she tested for stds, she tested for blood in my stools and any kind of infection in my stools and found nothing wrong, everything normal. i occasionally get abdominal pain, swelling, or maybe just bloating. i get fuller faster than i normally would yet still hungry at times since i am eating stuff without milk (such as sandiwches hot dogds and soup) trying to stay away from milk to see if im lactose intolerance. the other idea the nurse practitioner thinks it could be is irritable bowel syndrome. anyone ever experiences this or heard of it? should i go see a gastro doctor? or real medical doctor? ive spent so much money on doctor visit as it is

My 9 yr old daughter was diagnosed with ovarian cysts. The radiologist says there were a few cysts on her right ovary. Should I be worried? The family Dr. hasnt called yet with the results but the radiologist works with my husband and let him read the report.

I had a breast reduction when i was 19 now 25. It was a very comprehensive procedure for me. I want to know if their are mothers out there who has also had a reduction and where you able to breast feed your baby?

i'm having a big problem with this, and i don't know what to do. I went to the Ent and they said take clainex-D and then after 8 days take regular clainex.. didn't work.. I really don't have any other symtoms, with allgeies sometimes i will get a stuffy noses, but hardly ever!!! i have another appointment with the ent on friday, and i'm going to have him check acid reflux, maybe being the problem!! I was wondering if anyone had the same, problem. and got help for it, i have to clear my throat all the time, and i hate it!! Can some one help me out.. ??? thanks

before, it was just a pimple. then when i pinched it,it has discharge, a color white and its coming out like a toothpaste, that was 3 years a go, now,i noticed itbecame bigger and my nipple do not erect as fast as my other nipple, my areola is not swollen but it doesnt erect when stimulated.though it erect sometime, when you place ice on it, when i pinch it,i saw puss, then i pinh more thencame puss with blood. i just realize now that i feel something... it hurts a bit or its just my imagination. i am going to a doctor next weekbut pls.. anyone tell me what it is..i am only 22. is it early to have cancer??? or is it a cancer??

Wow, I'm getting real bad charlie horses....like, so bad that sometimes it bruses my calf. No joke, like so bad the bruse isn't just in the inside, it's also on the outside. And, they like, bring tears...they're real bad. And I'm haveing one now...so, It's real hard to type...and I'm flexing...and I can't...it's not helping...and when I try to walk I just kinda' collapse. It's not fun...please help! What can I do???

I can not afford a doctor. I ovulate regularlly. me and my ex husband have 2 kids. Me and new hubby can not get prego. Been 2 years, I make sure to do "it" on ovulation days, and have bought at home sperm tests, ect.ect. still no luck. Anyone got any ideas?

i get cramps so bad that i cry bec of the pain i cant sit i cant stand i cant do anything bec i hurt so bad. i feel like im gona die bec of the pain. it realy bad , and i thowup to i dont think the the way it spossed to be. im 20 i have had it for about 5 yaers and i still cant stand the cramps and sometimes i feel like im gona faint a few time i did and i dont even remember fainting it kinda scary and i yell all the time bec i hurt i yell at the ones i love the most . what would u do about the bad cramps . i hope someone can help me. give me some things i could try to help the cramps i will try anything . please i cant go though another month with this thanks
