It's good you're going to the doc for a check-up. It would be difficult to diagnose without proper tests.

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

Treat it the same way you would a pimple on your face. It's normal to get pimples down there, except pimples on your penis you can pop and they don't leave a mark you can see. Lol. Just put Neosporin on it and it'll be fine. And make sure you get down below washed up well so no affection comes about.

More than likely, you have a staff infection ...which is a common bacteria that is on everyone's skin....Please do not use your fingertips to mash your skin on your breast tissue...this only allows further bacteria to get inside your breast. If you have, what looks to be a pimple on your breast, and you would like to get rid of it, try using a clean cotton ball or compressed pad with a tad bit of alcohol on it to rub the area that has a bump. Then take an antiobiotic ointment that you can purchase over the counter at Walmart and apply to the area to create a protective barrier over the infected place. By no means squeeze the breast..this only stimulates more infection and bacteria and causes inflammation. If this is an active infection like you stated, and you have pustules coming from your breast, your breast may swell up. If the infection is not treated internally quickly by an antiobiotic from a doctor it could get larger and larger with the infection and may require surgical measures depending on the extent of the infection. Please do see a doctor immediately and follow the reccomended steps as listed above. Your chances of this being cancer are slim unless you have a high family history of it. Also, you would have had other warning signals before now. Remember to always perform proper breast examinations and get regular gynelogical checkups. A lump in the breast or any abnormality in the breast is a sign something may in fact be wrong. Since you have had this three years ago, it is more than likely a staff infection in your breast and can be treated with antiobiotic therapy through your doctor.
Blessings..:)

I had one of those before. It was a white pimple on my nipple. I went to the Dr and she told me that sometimes the milk ducts in our nipples get clogged. That's probably what you're experiencing but your Dr will be better able to inform you once he/she gets a look at it. If you don't feel any hard lumps within your breast then it probably isn't cancer. Like I said, it could very well be a clogged duct so don't worry too much!. Good luck. :)
