i am itching all over the body and on upper body i am getting few plaques which r red but on my face i have big plaques.is it psoriasis?

I had a 13 year history of psoriasis, though I was in good health otherwise. I would say the first sign may be itching and/or reddening of the skin. As it progresses then there would be the Dry Flaky Skin.
