I am on Orto Tri-Cyclyn lo and last month i didnt get my period. So i went and took a pregnancy test. Negative.

So here i am again a month later a on my green week (the sugar pill) and no period.

I asked my Dr. and she said it's not uncommon for a woman to have a light or non-existant period on the pill. But i have never heard of this. Any other people have some knowledge on the subject?

I had a pap done in Dec. 2 months after I had my baby, and it came back abnormal. Since then I've had irregular bleeding, cramps and a terrible discharge. I went back to the doc and had another done in June since I was bleeding so much. they only switched my bc and I was still bleeding. That pap also came back abnormal but they said there was nothing they could do until I turned 20 because they don't mess with a womans cervix under 20. What is all this about if anyone could help please do.

i have a normal period each month, but starts very slowly it takes 4 days for it to get going first 4 days very very lite stain then after 6 days gets redder little more then not to heavy yet then after 9 days its going pretty much normal then after 4 more days its over, i think it takes to long to get going, but its not very heavy either once it gets going normally, do this sounds ab normal due to the duration of the time it takes to begin, and start, then end? if other women have experienced odd actig period in this manner plz give advice should i see a doctor? are as long as it looks normal dont worry?? all advice needed sorry guys this is a ladies questions only.. thank u..

Are there any other girls out there who suffer with polycystic ovaries? It makes my testosterone a little too high, and although I'm on a med for it, my body hair still grows fast. I'm VERY self conscious, especially because I get hair on my chin and a little on my upper lip. I wax, but it seems to grow fast anyway. As for my legs, I don't even bother wearing shorts because it seems when I shave it just gets stubbly very quick. Would waxing alleviate this? Is there anyone out there who knows my pain? =P

Even though people tell me I'm thin, I feel fat.
I get anxious if I can't exercise.
I worry about what I eat.
If I gain weight, I get anxious and depressed.
I feel guilty when I eat.
I would rather die than be fat.
I would rather eat by myself than with family or friends.
I don't talk about my fear of being fat -- no one understands.
I have a secret stash of food.
When I eat, I'm afraid I won't be able to stop.
I lie about what I eat.
I get anxious when people urge me to eat.
Sometimes I think that my eating or exercising is not normal.


and i really don't feel hungry i swear, my parents tell me to eat but it's like i have alrady eaten and i dont crave it. i dont i swear my stomach dosnt gurgle for food i just never feel hungry....why?

i was told by my doctor to stay away from the estrogen hormone, because of the history of breast cancer in my family. my options are the depo,in which i heard alot of negative things about such as it weakening the bones, the mini pill which could cause pregnancys to occur outside the uterus or the minera(iuc) something like a iud. but, then this gives you a greater risk of pelvic infection which could cause death if severe. i was going to go on this but i thought what if my boyfriend were to cheat on me or something , it would put me at a high risk. its to scary. what do you think i should do? i would like to take the mini pill. what do suggest?
