i have not had my period for 2 1/2 months i have a 16 month old child?

i have taken 4 pregnacy test in the last couple of months but were all negative i have not taken a test recently i do get sharp pain in my breast once in a while any suggestions??

Are you nursing your child? If you are, you probably will not have another period until your child is weaned. It's nature's way of spacing babies.
