i need help, a week or two before i have the menses i usually have severe abdominal pains and even after the menses, and i sometimes have heavy flow for up to four days. after the menses again maybe a week after i have severe pains. what can i do? i have used so many medication but to no avail. I have visited different gynaecologist, done some ultra sound, etc

People say that I am very underweight and very skinny..especially the people I know because I am 6ft 1 inches (185cm) but only 114lbs (52 kg). I try to eat,eat and eat until I'm 120 lbs but now I'm 114 lbs again.

What should I do ?

By the way, I think most of you are healthier than me,right? I want to be healthy too! I guess it would be dangerous that I want to lose more weight..but sometimes I feel that I want to be skinnyer :)

Any advice ?

i had unprotected sex with my ex boyf over 5 weeks ago when i was on my period. he pulled out before ejaculation. (i know this was very silly) my period is now late. i done a pregnancy test which was negative but i have had one day of spotting which ive never had before.

I'm getting married in less than a month and I'm allergic to latex condoms... so I'm thinking about trying polyurethane condoms... but I don't know too much about them. I have read up on them online but I was curious to see if anyone could give me first hand advice on them or had useful info on them that isn't in the blurbs on condom buying websites..

I did find this statistic "Over six months, couples using polyurethane condoms had a 9% chance of getting pregnant. Those using latex condoms had a 5.4% pregnancy risk."...

Being that I'm allergic to latex, have less than a month before I need the birth control method to kick in (the pill wouldn't work..), and I'm a little hesitant to use more non-natural methods (like the shot or something) because I do want to have kids later in life and I wouldn't want it to mess anything up somehow (my sister had 15 miscarriages and mother 3 so I already will be working against genetics when the time comes.) does this seem like the best option?

About 4 months ago I was put on 20mgs of prozac, well suddenly i'm obssesed about cleaning my house. I would clean maybe 11 hours a day and still not be satisfied. It was like having ocd. There would be rooms that come nighttime i would have to make myself stay out of them or I would have to clean something in there.
A little less than 2 months ago, I went back to my doctor and had them up the dose (I take it for PPD) but now, at 40mgs, there are days I can barely make myself clean the house. Why did that happen?

My 16 year old friend is struggling with bulimia/anorexia. For the past month she hasnt been eating, and if she has she throws it up. I am the only one she has told and i have finally convinced her to see a doctor. She is worried about her mom finding out though from the doctor. Because she is underage, is the doctor required to tell her mom about her disorder or is her secret safe in the doctors hands?

Also, this maybe a dumb question, but is there medicine a doctor can give her? What will a doctor do for her?
