About 4 months ago I was put on 20mgs of prozac, well suddenly i'm obssesed about cleaning my house. I would clean maybe 11 hours a day and still not be satisfied. It was like having ocd. There would be rooms that come nighttime i would have to make myself stay out of them or I would have to clean something in there.
A little less than 2 months ago, I went back to my doctor and had them up the dose (I take it for PPD) but now, at 40mgs, there are days I can barely make myself clean the house. Why did that happen?

How do you go through 31 years of your life without knowing if you are bi polar?
There has never been anything wrong with me until I had my baby. Could that be a trigger?

You may be Bi-Polar. Some depression is more noticeable like post-partum, but that doesn't mean you didn't already have a mild form of Bi-Polar, such as dysthymia. Read more about Bi-Polar, and see if you have any symptoms. If you are Bi- Polar, Prozac may not be the best medicine for you.

Candidly speaking, you still need to go back to your doc for re-assessment.
