People say that I am very underweight and very skinny..especially the people I know because I am 6ft 1 inches (185cm) but only 114lbs (52 kg). I try to eat,eat and eat until I'm 120 lbs but now I'm 114 lbs again.

What should I do ?

By the way, I think most of you are healthier than me,right? I want to be healthy too! I guess it would be dangerous that I want to lose more weight..but sometimes I feel that I want to be skinnyer :)

Any advice ?

The last thing you need is to be skinnier. I'b be glad to trade if you like. I'll give you my extra weight and I take some of your skinny.
Seriously, if you want to be healthy, eat the right foods. And once you are doing that, forget what the charts tell you about being underweight. But losing weight will not make you healthier. It will make you sick!

Hi my name is Tanika.
I am having weight issues also except mine is vice versa. I used to be over weight at a size 14 and everyone teased me and compared me to my skinny family members. After a while I slim'd down to a size 8. First if u want to be healthy too, u need to have a support group. Instead of the people u know telling u that u are skinny they should be the ones saying hey we will help u get through this. With out support sometimes its useless. Maybe u just shouldnt eat eat eat, maybe u should eat a good supply of foods in one sitting at a time.

I definately think that it would be dangerous to lose any more weight. You are pretty slim according to your measurements. My husband is 5'11" and at his skinniest he was like 180, so don't feel like you need to be that small. I bet that if you saw a doctor they would tell you to be around 150 or so.

I am 5'7 and my doctor told me that I need to be 140-150 and no less. So think about that for a little bit.

If you are still thinking that you need to lose weight seek help!! Don't get into a situation that you need to be hospitalized!!
You could try protein shakes to put on a few pounds. Do it in a healthy way.

i think u r ok better if u'r parents allow n if u have that capability go n join modeling n later some pagents like miss universe
all the best no need of loosing just eat food that is good for health n provides u with energy so what if people says u r skinny. u should watch out only on diet not on eating
energy is the most important thing one needs not the fatness

Don't worry too much about it. You say that you try to eat eat eat. You may have a very high metabolism... do you have a good regular system, feel strong, good color in your face and eyes, healthy hair and nails? Don't become obsessed with your weight and try to loose anymore. Remain a cheerful kid and consider taking a protein drink along with meals.

am 55kg with 5ft 8inch but still considered underweight i suggest you seek counselling coz you are what they call scrawny and mentally sick i hope you get help soon coz you are teasing death

if u cn afford............go for professional help and avoid experimenting on u'reself coz different ppl got different views n' likewise things work differently for each ........best of luck!!!!
