My hus having a big belly so i found somewhat inconvinience during intercourse.he is a business man no time to exercise do u have any other way to reduce that?pls help

Owh k..I got a solution to reduce that.He has to consume liquid kind of supplement.Which really works on my hubby.Maybe it will works on ur hubby.Who knows rite he can reduce the big belly.Anyway,no harm tryin`.

You can take the intitiative and go with him for a walk at least thrice in a week during evening hours. . The walk should be brisk and should last for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut out all sweets , and fried items from the diet. (strictly)
Suppliment with lots of vegetables instead. Maybe different varieties of vegetable salad may be tried out so that the reduction in the quantity is not felt.
Also no drinks , not even Beer !
Rice also to be minimised and substituted with wheat preparations like chapathi !
He should be instructed to follow the same dietary regime while outstation also !
If the non-veg items can be made zero, the best ! Otherwise minimise at least !
Follow this and success is assured !

Please do not jump into solutions like liposuction (surgery) as it should only be tried out as the last resort ...They have their own negative points.

Cut down on sugars and soda...if he drinks alcohol, he should cut down or stop. These things all can cause guts. Also, carrying a lot of weight in your midsection can cause multiple health problems such as diabetes, heart disease, strokes, etc. Even if he could exercise 20 minutes a few days a week it would help. Liposuction is an option, but if he doesn't change his eating habits, it will just get big again. You'd be wasting money.

Tell your husband to avoid eating anything which is white in color, like rice,naan,bread,milk products,sugar etc. also control his calorie intake and drink a lot of water and also drink coffee or take any diet pill with caffeine in it since caffeine kills appetite.
and for your sex problem try doggie style or try being on the top facing the opposite way from him..... good luck

ask him for having daily exercise and find some time for it.
other it wil be very difficult to penetrate into you. i think he go for half an hour running or do some pushups daily. so that u can enjoy the life. avoid drinking beer, alchol and eating too much fatty food. he should hv food control.

He can reduce belly by exrercise. If you feel inconvenience during sex, you can spread legs, so that your buttocks are at the edge of cot, and your husband can stand and insert penis into vagina and pump while standing

Stop giving fat and carbohydratyes Eat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.

Ask him to drink lots of water... so that he can prevent himself from eating too much! AND AN AMWAY PRODUCT NAMED POSITRIM is of gr8 use! u can try it out!

make your husband eat a lot of 'kabuli chana' or chick peas daily, and NO BEER
