Almost every time I start gitting cramp before I start my period. Sometimes they start before and I stop getting them a day or two before, or start before and last though out most of my period. Every girl I know talks about getting cramps while on their period it makes me wonder if Iam the only girl that get them before. Is this normal?

Hi I am anne 27yrs,a software engineer.I am working with the computers for past 5 yrs.For the past 2 month i am not able to stretch my left hand inwards or outwards.My movement in the left hand seems to be limited. I am getting the pain 1 or 2 days in a week and then it is fine.The pain does not persist for a long tmie.My friend says it is a frozen shouler.What do I need to do now?will any body of my age would get a frozen shoulder? my wife (38yrs, one 12yr.old daughter) has been experiencing Severe cyclic pain in lower abdomen (pelvic area) aprox. 2weeks prior OR after Period. Midol. Naproxen and Ibuprofen give her only about 2 hours relief before additional dosage is needed.
Has anyone, experienced this that has a better remedy for Relief that does not entail a hysterectomy OR birth contorl pills( to regulate Ovulation (suggested by gyno ) these bouts are usually 2-3 days and often time have her "doubled" over in Pain. -as you can tell from time posted, the Pain also wakes her from sleep...

I am on Yasmin (C.O.C) I normally take it in the morning but last Sunday I took it in the evening. I had intercourse that evening, took my Yasmin pill then got the morning after pill 15 hours afterwards. I have kept to the 7 days rule so I should be ok from the 7 day rule now?
