It's not that bad, if it didn't split or slip off then everything is fine. Inside out may increase the risk of splitting and it coming off but aside from that it will work the same.

As the condom can roll out either way, so long as it's only used once, there is obviously no problem at all.

just means the spermicide is on the outside rather than the inside.

yes, i did it by accident once and it burned for hours, plus theres a bigger chance of it splitting
