Spotting usually isn't a huge issue unless it become continuous (every month for a few months or for a week at a time). Also, stress and change in activity level can throw things off a little. Pay attention to any unusual pain other than your normal cramping and if you notice spotting again accompanied by any unusual pain you should see your doc to rule out cysts or fibroids.

you may be--but there are other things that effect your flow also--have you been around any women (romates etc) or stressed about asomething believe it or not those things effect it--dont worry just yet
