Frozen shoulder at 27 :(?

Hi I am anne 27yrs,a software engineer.I am working with the computers for past 5 yrs.For the past 2 month i am not able to stretch my left hand inwards or outwards.My movement in the left hand seems to be limited. I am getting the pain 1 or 2 days in a week and then it is fine.The pain does not persist for a long tmie.My friend says it is a frozen shouler.What do I need to do now?will any body of my age would get a frozen shoulder? I am planning to get pregnant....is it ok with this health condition?Please advice
