Sounds like panic disorder.

See a psychiatrist. For real.

Either that, or you are hypoglycemic, diabetic, or anemic. Or you have hypothyroidism.

Get a full blood workup at your doc's.

Definately sounds like a panic disorder. If you're using any illigal substances it will help you to quit. Also make sure that when you start to feel dizzy to sit down and regulate your breathing...there's nothing more embarrasing than passing out, trust me. You should also seek therapy because if you find a good therapist they give you great advice on how to cope with situations so that it won't become an ever increasing nusance.

hmmm, I know what you mean about the dizzy feeling, I get that sometimes too. Everyone gets nervous now and then, so nothing to worry about there. You might want to turn down the AC if you're too cold and shaking....that's all I got, lol..

Sounds like an imbalance. Call your doctor, there should be people available for questions through the emergency line. Depending on the seriousness of the episodes, possibly pregnant?

It could be psychological or have a physical cause.
How about going for a general full body check-up at your doctor? If the physical cause is ruled out, then you may have to see a psychiatrist for anxiety.

It sounds like you are having a panic attack. They usually last about 2 - 5 minutes. Your heart starts beating faster and you get cold and shaky. I feel like I can't breathe when I get them. I feel like my throat is closing and my heart starts beating really fast. I take Zoloft, and it really helps. I hardly ever get them anymore.
