I've just found out that i'm RH Negative.

Does this mean the more times i'm pregnant, the greater risk i'm going to hurt my unborn child?

when you're pregnant you have to get shots so your body doesn't abort the baby

No, it doesn't mean that at all.
I am RH negative, miscarried my first child, and now have 4 kids and they were all just fine.
It just means that you will have to get a shot called Rhogam so your body doesn't try and fight off your unborn child seeing it as a foreign object. You will receive a dose during pregnancy and if the baby is Positive you will have another dose after delivery. If the baby is negative you won't need the 2nd dose. You will also receive a dose after any miscarriages.
Now, the fact that you have had 3 miscarriages without the shot could be a problem. Talk to your Dr. about any concerns.

Good Luck!

One fact with Rh-...I am Rh- A- , you will need the rhogam shot only if this is your second pregnancy. Now when the baby is born and the baby is postive and you being negative..then you'll get the shot. With a second pregnancy you will get a shot at 26 weeks gestation and when the baby is born.

It used to. Now, if you want to get pregnant, doctors can give you drugs to negate the RH factor.
Don't worry, I'm negative too. It's not a biggie!
