now 4 months after delivery i still had a bleeding and irritating when I urinated the bleeding was always red and slight. so went to the doctor. she told me that i must have torn myself during sex. I had sex after about 2 months after the delivery. the doctor is now saying that she will have to stitch me on that area if not I will bleed continuously. so i went to the doctor and she gave me two stitches. she did not put an injection to stop the pain when stitching because she said there is only a small stitch but she had to put two stitches and it was pain like hell. she said it will heal after w week. now it is exactly a week and i still have the pain. i find it hard to sit. will my stitches heal soon. i can't even think about having sex. the whole area is so painful. but i do not bleed now. when i walk and whne i sit i feel the pain. ican't go on taking pain killers coz i am breastfeeding. anyone been in this situation or have any answers for me,

I've been doing the Weight Watchers points diets for just over a week and i'm finding really difficult finding decent food. I know that i'm restricted to the amount of food I can eat, but I want the small amounts I am eating to be more tasty, and filling. Has anyone whos on this diet got any tips as to what I can eat thats gonna fill me up, and be low in points value. Also i'm craving chocolate like mad. What normal chocolate is low in points value?

my gf is on her menstrual cycle i understand that thought she is having some serious cramps i asked my mother why this may be she said because she may have lifted something very heavy , me since i dont know that much about that issue thought it was because her period was too heavy ,also my gf has some very serious PMS she has very variable mood swings and i feel helpless to help her all i can do is be there talk to her and be a sholder when she does start to cry which like i daid make me feel very helpless i love my gf and the last thing i want is for her to be sad or in pain please if their is a way for me to help her plaese do tell me

Well, for some reason when I go to the bathroom to urinate, it sort of burns like... uncomfortably... And when I'm done, it burns and feels uncomfotable for a while. But even afterwards, all the time, it feels like I still need to go. But I don't.... Soooo, does anyone know what might be causing this? =/ I'm 15 and my menstrual hasn't come one for 7 months.... But the "uncomfortableness" thing started yesterday late afternoon after I went walking with my dog. I haven't walked in weeks, and that was the first time I had walked in a while. When I got back from walking, it started. It's sooooo annoying! -___-

I get really realllyyyy bad menstrual cramps not every time but every OTHER month, do u think it's something serious? I used to take Tylenols and it helped me but lately I've noticed that it doesn't do much for me anymore. My mom thinks I need to go see a gynaecologist which I'm not very trilled about. What do u think?

People keep telling me they are concerned about my eating habbits.

I don't eat much, I never have, I find it hard to. I don't eat dinner much either. But I have breakfast and lunch, and a light afternoon snack.

I am 20 and 5'6" I way 63 kilograms. I tend to build muscle easily, and I train alot. I am lean, with little body fat. My hips stick out over my stomach, but I have never had a stomch. I have big legs and hips.

I am 27 year old female, 5'4". Lately I have been having difficulty breathing. I would have to yawn multiple times to be able to catch my breath. this usually happens in the evenings, I am perfectly fine in the morning. Also, I get some pain in my chest (where the rib cage meet in the middle) when ever I yawn to get the oxygen into my body. I am not sure if I may have respiratory problems or heart problems. In addition, I have cramps at night that is very very painful. You can literally see my stomach bulging out when I get cramps. It would be so painful that I have to curl up like a fetus to help relieve the pain but sometimes that doesn't even help.

Please someone give me some advice. Or let me know I am not the only one.
