Go see a doctor because it could be a lot of things; bloating due to menstruation, gas or you could even have a cyst or something else. I say this because I just has this problem a week ago and it was because my ovaries are filled with cysts. See a doctor as soon as possible to catch whatever it is now instead of later. Good Luck and I hope you feel better!

You may have an overgrowth of Candida albicans. It's a yeast infection, often the result of taking antibiotics. Avoid bread and anything with yeast in it for a while (you'd be surprised how many things contain yeast!) and eat as much plain unsweetened yoghurt as you can manage. Sugar feeds the yeast, so avoid that too. Lots of fruit and veg. will help. Birth control pills can also cause this problem.
