I don't eat much, I never have, I find it hard to. I don't eat dinner much either. But I have breakfast and lunch, and a light afternoon snack.

I am 20 and 5'6" I way 63 kilograms. I tend to build muscle easily, and I train alot. I am lean, with little body fat. My hips stick out over my stomach, but I have never had a stomch. I have big legs and hips.

Your eating pattern seems normal, depends what you are eating.
As long as you are not deliberately throwing up I don't see a problem. If a lot of people are telling you they are concerned I am wondering if they see something that you are unaware of. You said you work out a lot, be careful not to overtrain. It is better to rest than overtax your body. Skip a day in between and keep it under 3 hours a session.

Are the people around you really fat and obese and eat fast food everyday. Doesnt sound like you have a problem, but I dont know, because I am not a doctor. If you are concerned, you could ask your doctor. This site is not a good place to seek medical advice. Have you asked the same question to a cab driver, janitor, drug dealer, or crack head. Those are the kinds of people on this website. You probally know more than them.
