I think i may have a possible growth on the back of my left eye lid. it's rather irritating and I cannot close my eye to go to sleep. can anybody tell me if this is normal and if its not what could it be. thanks alot

I am constantly yelling at my little brother and have been losing my voice much more now than I have throughout my life. My throat gets sore and it hurts to talk too loud. It goes away pretty quickly, not lasting more than a couple hours. Is there any long term effects that I should be worried about?

I got my industrial pierced about 3 weeks ago from a great shop...its been slightly swollen since, but I've been doing salt washes daily. When can I expect the bump to go down?

It's not infected looking, but I don't want my ear to be permantly raised!

I lifted a heavy box and i've had a pain in the sides of my lower back, both sides of the butt area specifically for about 8 weeks, i'm seeing a chiropractor and he recommended stretches, but the pain always comes back even though i do the stretches, it seems as though i pulled a muscle on both sides, and its very stiff and sensitive sometimes in the butt area and in the hips/pelvic area, and they say its a muscle strain, any idea on how long this condition can last or what is the best treatment?some people say use ice instead of heat, is it good to use ice? should i continue with the stretches, or is there any alternative treatment?i'm only 27 and never have been hurt like this ever, please help, i'm in a lot of pain especially if i sit or stand for too long, thanks so much for your help

I live in a downstairs apt. Delicious food odors travel down into my apt. Cigarette odor and weed odors also come down. It all comes through my air conditioner furnace in my apt and come through the vents. It stinks my apt up. Maintenance has checked for holes in the floor, but can't find how it is getting into my apt. Been here 5 years. This just started about a year ago. I am a cancer survivor. Don't need the smoke.

The veins in my arms and hands pop up and i can feel them and its kind of bluish. Sometimes it gets better, but expecially when my hands are downwards, they show alot and looks real freaky.

Does anyone knows how i can make it better? Because of this, i can't wear sleeveless top..

My dad apparently was taking his medicine wrong, and his Coumadin level was way to high in April. All that has been resolved, but now his body is not metaolizing his medications correctly.

He is in the hospital now because his Dijoxin level got way to high and he nearly died.

Any suggestions on what would cause your body not to metobalize medications correctly would be great.

I was recently legaly seperated but now we got back together and its working out good , during that time I was seperated I had sex with a old freind just once and I have been worried she could be pregnant. She had her tubes tied 17 years ago and she thinks i am nuts, She has had 2 normal periods and even took a home pregnancy test just to shut me up which turned out negative but I am a worry wart.

What do you guys think am I just be stupid and need to stop worrying about her being pregnant?

Also please don't flame me I am just a nervious person who always fears the worst with everything
