ok now i nver asked this kinda a question before but ah see my wife and i been together for 3 years and before we were making love like there was no tomroww and it was just great but then the kids came and were just lost it taking care of them and running around and we have barely time to have sex well 2day is a speacial day for the 2 of us well i dont have any new moves so i any one got some? i need it right away!

I guess it all depends on what you've already done. Personally when things get like with friends of mine I suggest a bit of softcore bondage, nothing heavy. Using silk scarves to ties the hands while you are having your way with her, or even blinfolding her ( and then he doing it back) makes things more exciting cause you never know where or when the next kiss, lick or whatever is coming from. you and your wife need to make time for one another. schedule a date every week. get a sitter and go out. come back after the kids are asleep and then spend time talking, touching, kissing and making love with each other. no excuses! do it! now! you don't need new moves - romance will do it. make love outside under the stars, by candlelight....enjoy every moment together...the kids will survive...

pamper her, get a sitter and take her to a really nice hotel for the nite...doesn't even have to be out of town...just go...
Get away and pamper her...get a tub big enough for the both of you in the room, you can get cheap roses from the supermartket...put them in the tub with some bath perfume from Bath and Body works.....

Here's an idea
Tell her you really appreciate her, you love her, and treat her with respect throughout the day.
you might even offer to rub her feet or give her a massage.
Then don't treat her like crap after your done, (maybe even cuddle)
Sex moves are overrated and mostly for insecure men.

having kids always change the relationship a little.. you just have to make time for that.. take her to dinner and have a date night.. without the kids... alone time is good to keep the fires burning... good luck my friend..
