Help!!! I m going to Hawaii in 2 months and I need to get back into shape. Any suggestions?
Iam 5'4 around 125 lbs. Im a size 4 and I want to do down a dress size in order to fit into the bathing suit i bought last year (and I want to look good of course). I have been working out for about a year. I am getting toned a bit but I am not going down in size. Does anyone have any suggestions in how to see results faster. Like by 2 months? Thanks!!!

advice or help?

ok.
i dont know when this started,
i can't remember.
but sometimes i blush. not little cute blush, like my face goes super red and its horrible and i hate it... i want it to go away... i've tried many things, and researched it.
the only thing i know of is surgery where they take nerves outof you, but i dont want surgery.
if you know anything about this or have any advice on how to get rid of it or even like tone it down... that would be awesome. thanks abunch.

trouble with sleep?

for many years i have been experiencing this and i need to know if anyone can tell me if this is sleep apnea or something else. please this is no joke. in the middle of a deep sleep my body goes numb from head to toe including my fingers to were i cant move a muscle, i cant speak or even whisper, i gasp for air and it feels like something is pushing down on my chest to were i cant get up. i fight whatever is going on with me so i can wake up and then when i do wake up i fight to stay awake because im afraid to go back to sleep. can anyone please give me some advice if they know what is going on. i appreciate serious answers.

13.5mth babyboy not yet walk?

My baby is 13.5mths already, but still doesn't know how to walk on his own. Sometimes he can cruise along with the help of some furniture. When we try to hold both of his arms to lead him walk, he refuses and bend his legs.

Should i get him a walker? is it helpful?
