Anyone with a smoking fetish?

Not to rain on your parade but smoking is one of the grossest things a person can do. How anyone can find it erotic to die slowly, gasping for breath is beyond me. I held someone while they died of emphysema. It would have been nice if they could have seen their children grow old.
