Uh...yeah....
It's totally normal to be confused. You could be having gay thoughts but end up being totally straight. Or vice versa

No, they shouldn't even be thinking about Gays.They are young and immature.They should be playing sports,doing some hobbies and school work.Normally a boy finds girls interesting when the get a certain age.Kids are not being given the chance to finish there childhood years anymore.I find it sad.
