Your body will know, always remember to go to bed the same day you wake up. My sources have told me that you should always go to bed by 11:00 PM I don't but that's my understanding. If you go to bed at the proper time you will wake up when your body no longer needs sleep.

Eight hours is always the "norm" according to society. But whatever makes you feel fresh, alert and ready to meet the day is what is ideal for you. The key to a good nights rest is consistency in your sleep patterns. Sweet dreams!
